Playful Bunnies Class News: The bunnies are having so much fun in our flower shop in the playroom. They are enjoying “buying” flowers and sorting the flowers by color. During craft, the bunnies painted an X and then once dry found the magic X! The bunnies also painted with peep bunnies and played with Spring cookie cutters in play dough. During circle time, we learned about the letter X. We read a book called What About X by Anne Marie Houppert. We also had a lot of fun playing a xylophone and dancing to the music we were making. We have switched out our centers and are enjoying “planting” flowers and plants. What a fun week!

Cool Cats Class News: ‘Spring had Sprung’ at and A&HT!   It’s time to think about Easter, budding flowers, and gardens.  Our center room and playroom are filled with thoughts and activities revolving around spring. We have a Garden Shop, Fairy Garden houses, fairies, and gnomes , a flower counting game, a carrot counting game, and plastic flowers to build their own garden.   The Cool Cats love to choose their own activities which happens from 9-9:45 in our center room and 11:40-12 in the playroom.  This is a wonderful time to ease into school and develop friendships with their classmates.  We also added activities, books, and crafts centered around the letter ‘Y’.   The book ‘Cat Knit’ is a fan favorite, we all want Yarn buddies like Cat now!   🧶
