Monday-Regular Classes
Tuesday-Last Day for Bunnies and Cats! Dress Rehearsal for the Top Dogs class. Pizza Party for all! No lunches, only water bottles for those who bring them.
Thursday-Top Dogs letter people musical and graduation. Drop off your Top Dog at the playground at 9:00 am and head to the sanctuary. Everyone is invited!
August 13th, Thursday- 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.- Drop in to visit your teacher and classroom; maybe see some preschool pals!
August 14th, Friday- 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.-All preschool pals stay in their classes for one hour.
August 17th, Monday-First day of regular classes! Don’t forget you will need a signed child medical form for the school year. All forms can be found on the blog site: Ahtpreschool.com under forms and more.

Playful Bunnies Class News-The Bunnies are wrapping up this year with some of their favorite things. We have dinosaurs, Paw Patrol, trains and puppets in the playroom. Lots of fun pretend play happening with their friends. Elmo returned as our puppet friend during circle time – the Bunnies love to tell him all kinds of things. Elmo talked about letters and even brought magnetic letters, mini letter books and foam letters for the sensory table. We also painted with watercolors, used corks to paint a beautiful flower garden, washed cars and dinosaurs in the water table, and played with playdough. Busy week!! The Bunnies have had a great year! They’ve all grown so much. It’s been great to see.
Cool Cats Class News-The Cool Cats have had a great Science and Discovery week. We talked about what a scientist does-ask a question, form a hypothesis, test their hypothesis, record their observations, and come to a conclusion. We ran several experiments to learn about color mixing, flower stems drinking water, the water cycle, polymers, gravity and ramps, and chemical reactions that look like volcano lava. The Cool Cats enjoyed the whole week!
Top Dogs Class News-This week we worked really hard on practicing for our upcoming musical and graduation. We visited with some of our letter people favorites and read books about kindergarten. We enjoyed extra time in partners and centers. We are working on wrapping up an amazing year of preschool and enjoying the time we have left!
