Playful Bunnies Class News-The Bunnies have started a new theme – Transportation and Construction. We read a favorite book this week, Trashy Town, about a garbage collector. (It might be worth a trip to the library for this book.) During craft times, we drove cars in shaving cream and then cleaned them up in the water table, made a garbage truck, and put car and truck stickers on roads. Our letter puppet was Kristoff the King. We’ve also been practicing our songs for our Thanksgiving celebration – looking forward to seeing you there!

Cool Cats Class News- ‘L’ is for Legos!   The Cool Cats learned about the letter ‘L’, the number 11, and a diamond.  Our center room is full of 3 different sizes of legos to build towers, cars, swimming pools, and diving boards.  Our crafts included stamping with Legos, a Lobster, and Lion.  We practiced scissors skills, gluing, stamping, and gluing crinkled up tissue paper. Our favorite books were about Lorenzo the Pizza Loving Lobster and Llama Llama, the little llama who loves drama!!!  We also read a non fiction book about lions where we learned real facts about lions!

Top Dogs News-Oh no!  Kaptain Kangaroo is trying to take over Letter People Land!  It looks like Kaptain Kangaroo took the key to Letter People Land from Mr. Jing-a-ling, the keeper of the keys. Thankfully, Kyle Karate visited our classroom to teach us Karate, so we will be ready for Kaptain Kangaroo when he shows up again!  We really enjoyed having many former Top Dogs visit our classroom.  We also began our Paw Patrol Advent Calendar, Elf on the Shelf and our Kindness Key.  Plus, shopping at Santa’s Workshop was a real treat!
