The Playful Bunnies News-This week the bunnies had fun learning about the letter E and the farm. We are continuing having a fun time with our farm in our playroom. During circle time we had two puppet friends for the letter E, Elmo and Eleanor the Elephant! Elmo introduced the letter E to us and brought an E is for Elmo craft. We also read, recognized, and matched farm animals that were in books. We practiced peeling stickers and putting them on a farm scene. We also sorted eggs in nests by color and painted an egg yellow that we will “hatch” next week! We are having so much fun at school!

Cool Cats News-‘F’ is for Feather, Fish, and Firefighters!  We had a great week learning the sound F makes, doing a gluing Feather craft, scissor cutting Fish Crafts and painting Fire Hose craft.  We read lots of F books and played with Fish in our center room.  After snack we have our second meeting in the snack room. We use this time to sing songs, use the felt board, and always read another book.  The Cool Cats have a favorite activity which is guessing what’s in the LOVE box.  The item always starts with the letter of the week and our craft is related to the surprise in the love box. This week it was a feather!🪶

Top Dogs News- Miss E Exercise and her “E-e-e Exercisor” was with us this week.  She had us exercise with her, brought us hard boiled eggs, erasers and elephants!  We read lots of books about Elmer the elephant, elephants, erasers eggs, and engines.  Our song of the week was “I’ve been working on the railroad” and our color is brown.  We had a great time with our alumni visitors!
