Playful Bunnies News: Q is for quack! This week the bunnies read Little Quack books by Lauren Thompson. We practiced counting, number recognition, and adding and taking away ducks up to number 5. We got ready for our fun Valentine’s Day party by Q tip painting our Valentine bags and practiced our fine motor skills with putting valentine stickers on bags. We also made valentine play dough with hearts! We celebrated Gavin’s 3rd birthday. Happy birthday, Gavin! Thank you for the yummy cupcakes!

Cool Cats News:  Happy Valentine’s Day Cool Cats!  💘 The Cool Cats enjoyed sharing some wonderful quilt squares with their class this week.  Thank you for all the effort and hard work that went into the homemade squares.  We also reviewed letters, talked about a heart and the number 1.   We enjoyed making hearts out of play dough and continue to make Valentines at our art table.  February has been a fun month to show each other how much we care about our school friends and our families.

Top Dogs Class News:  This week we met Mr. P, Pointy Patches the Party Planner.  He brought us a potato and we played hot potato.  We learned about rhyming words and opposites.  We read lots of Valentine’s day books.  We have also been working on learning our days of the week, planets and parts of the body.  We have really enjoyed seeing where Kaptain Kangaroo, Kylie Karate and Mr. K will be next!  Currently, they have been in Punxsutawney and Hershey Pennsylvania, then Italy to watch the winter olympics.  We had a great time showing love to each other by handing out our valentines and enjoyed a wonderful party set up by Mrs. Kim!
