Playful Bunnies Class News:  The playroom has transformed into a campsite! We’ve had fun reading books in the tent, building fires for s’mores, taking care of the animals in the woods, and going on hikes. This is letter V week, so we get to try different vegetables if we want. Then we graph them according to whether we liked it, didn’t like it, or didn’t try it.  We tried celery, cauliflower, cucumbers and tomatoes. During craft, we painted with vegetables, glued veggies onto a plate, made a spring tree, put dinosaur stickers on a volcano and played with play-dough. We’ve also started a mini unit about the weather. Busy and fun week!!

Cool Cats Class News: A camping we will go, a camping we will go! 🏕️
The playroom has been transformed into the great outdoors complete with a tent, campfire, s’mores kit, and woodland creatures.  Our movement time included a Bear Hunt, matching each Bear to their corresponding numbers. The Cool Cats are so smart, they all knew their assigned numbers.  We have also learned about the letter W, the number 20, and the pyramid (we have moved on to 3-D shapes!).  We made a worm craft, watermelon craft, and measured/sorted plastic worms.  Our books also featured worms, watermelons, and whales.   P.S.- don’t be surprised if your children ask to go camping and to sleep in a real tent!

Top Dogs Class News: We had a “unique week” with Miss “U” and her Upsy-Daisy Umbrella!  We started the week by reading the book “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs”.  Then, each day we learned about a different type of weather and had a cooking project.  We ended our week with our umbrella parade.
