Playful Bunnies News: The bunnies had a fun week learning about the letter M, Christmas, and transportation. The bunnies are loving giving gifts to each other in our North Pole playroom. During circle time we learned about how wheels are circles, read Little Blue Truck’s Christmas by Alice Schertle and reviewed numbers to 5, we also read and retold The Gingerbread Man. During centers, we made gingerbread cookies, played in a Christmas sensory table, and a transportation sensory bin. For craft this week the bunnies painted with bubble wrap, decorated a Christmas tree, and practiced their fine motor skills by making beaded bracelets and candy canes. The bunnies also are enjoying singing their songs for the Christmas program/party next week! What a wonderful week!

Cool Cats News: The Cool Cats learned about the Letter ‘N’, the number 8, and a trapezoid.   We also enjoyed our PJ day where we all boarded the Polar Express with golden tickets and listened to Liam Neeson narrating the classic book, ‘The Polar Express.’  We also read a book about the Christmas story starring Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus!  Our school is decked out for Christmas with presents to wrap, trees to decorate, and ornaments to create for your tree. Merry Christmas Cool Cats!

Top Dogs News:  This week Mr. “M” visited us from Letter People Land.  He brought musical instruments we selected and played.  We had a great Pajama Day drinking hot chocolate and receiving bell necklaces.  We are working really hard getting ready for our Christmas show!
