Weekly Round-up(s)-August 18-August 30th
Sunday, the 18th
- 10:00 a.m.- Backpack Blessing-During this service at A&HT, all preschoolers and school age children who are in attendance are invited to come to the front of the church for a blessing/prayer said by Father Eric. After the blessing/prayer, the preschool teachers in attendance will help pass out small crosses for the children to keep in their backpacks throughout the school year as a reminder that God is always with them. The Blessing portion of the service will take place toward the end of the service, following communion, around 10:45. A.M. There will also be refreshments following the service. Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you are not a member, belong to another church, or haven’t stepped foot in a church service for many years.

Thursday, the 22nd
- Teacher’s Meeting: 9:00 A.M.
- Parent Orientation Meeting: 7:00-8:30 P.M.
Monday, the 26th
- Parent and Child Orientation Visits-Visits last an average of 45 minutes.
Tuesday, the 27th
- Parent and Child Orientation Visits- Visits last an average of 45 minutes.
Thursday, the 29th
- Children’s Orientation and Parent Coffee & Refreshments:
- Panda Bears -10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
- Very Hungry Caterpillars- 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
- Very Busy Spiders- 12:15-1:15 p.m.
- Parent’s are invited to stay and enjoy refreshments during the children’s orientation times.
Friday, the 30th
- Teacher’s Meeting-8:45 a.m.
- Panda Bears (2/3’s) Children Orientatin #2-9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
- First day for Friday Enrichment Program-9:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – Don’t forget to bring a small snack.
- First day of school for Mixed-Up Chameleons (Pre-K class)-9:15-1:00 – Don’t forget to bring your lunch today.
