Preschool Office News:  Thanks for a great field trip!

Mixed-up Chameleons News-(Kindergarten Preparation Class)-Today we began preparing for gross motor, visual and hearing assessment.   We worked on some projects for the upcoming art show, worked on final preparations for our all-about-me books and discussed our plan for the graduation program.  We talked about all we need to wrap-up before the end  of the year is here.

Very Hungry Caterpillar and Very Busy Spider News-  This week we continued to get ready for the art show.  .  We  “sang” One, Two, Buckle My Shoe and read the book Animals Should Definitely Not Wear Clothing and Shoes by Elizabeth Winthrop.  We participated in the music and movement song “What Are You Wearing” by Hap Palmer, had our color lesson focusing on yellow, participated in calendar activities, worked with the number 20, learned about a square.  We had a wonderful time at our Art Center Field Trip!

Friday Enrichment Class:  This past week the kids had a wonderful time reading the book “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” and recreating the book for art class. There was a lot of spaghetti, meatballs and pancakes!  This week we will be talking all about colors while reading “Rainbow Fish”.  Our letter will be Y.

Panda Bear News:  This week we continued to celebrate spring through music, art, songs, and books.  We are looking forward to the art show in two weeks to show you all the wonderful projects the children have made.   See you Tuesday!
