Office News-We are now starting to collect mittens and hats for our giving tree.  The Family Christmas Party that was scheduled for Friday, December 18th, is cancelled do to COVID concerns.  Instead, we will have regular classes.

Cool Cats and Kittens News-The Cool Cats and Kittens had a fun week to begin the month of December. Some new centers have been quite a hit. The kids have been very busy at Santa’s workshop, which is stocked with gift bags, paper, and boxes – lots of wrapping and delivering presents for friends and teachers! There’s also felt gingerbread cookies to decorate and bake – fun! Our sensory table is full of Christmas wrapping paper and ribbons to practice cutting. We continued the fun of the holiday season with Christmas books and songs and even a visit from Santa!! Even with all of that fun, we also worked with a new letter this week – the letter L. We read some fun lion and llama books, made a lion and Christmas lights craft, and painted with Legos. We had a fun week and are glad we get to see you again next week. Stay safe and healthy, everyone!

Top Dogs News-Mr. L, Lemon Lollipops, brought us legos and lollipops this week!  This week we learned about God’s love for us and the reason for Christmas.  We reviewed our colors, worked on learning about “L” and rectangle.  We continued to talk about kindness and proper classroom skills.
