Playful Bunnies Class News: This week we learned about the letter Z! We cannot believe that we are already on the last letter! We also read, sang, and retold several Pete the Cat books. Our favorite was I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin. During craft we colored Pete’s shoes from the story, worked on Mother’s craft, and bubble wrap painted a flower. We are having fun with Littlest Pet Shop toys in the playroom. The bunnies have so much fun playing together!
Cool Cats Class News: The Cool Cats have officially learned all their letters. We have moved to reading Wordless Books. The pictures are very engaging and the students have used their imaginations to tell the stories. We also have enjoyed listening to books that include dancing and singing like Pete the Cat and the Nut characters. We had fun with dinosaurs in our play dough and dinosaurs on the play ground. Next week we begin Science Discovery Week. Thank you Poppy for bringing in your cocoon to share with the class!
Top Dogs News: This week we finished our A-Z letter people books, mother’s day presents, assessment and met Mr. Z who brought us zippers and zebra cakes. We worked really hard on practicing for the upcoming musical and graduation.
