We also used the Advent calendar from the Crossroads kids website to help us explore the idea of Christmas a little more.
Friday Enrichment Class News-(Mrs. Susan)-The whole month of December will focus on holiday fun. This week for art, we will make Christmas trees with lights and all! During our one-on-one time, the children and I will talk about wants vs needs using pictures and placing them in stockings. The kids have been working hard on name recognition during group time as well as for seating and everyone is almost there! After the new year, we will work on spelling our names. Our letter of the week is L!
Brown Bear/Polar Bear News: (Mrs. Katrina & Mrs. Kim)- Next week is more Christmas fun. We will continue with our Christmas stories, fingerplays and songs. The letter of the week will be L.
