Friday Enrichment Class-– For letter “O” the kids decorated their letter with Cheerios, made omelets by picking number cards and adding ingredients, made our own oceans and had a “hoot” making owls.  We read “A Day in the Life: Sea Animals Octopus” and “Otto the Owl Who Loved Poetry” by Vern Kousky.  Next week is letter “P”.

Panda Bear News: We started the feltboard story “Five Little Snowmen” and our movement exercise “Put Your Snow Clothes On.” In art we played with play dough, made sleds with popsicle sticks, and colored with Color Wonder markers. We will also start our community helper songs which include, “Brush Your Teeth,” “Mr. Grocer,” and “Be a Cook.” Our letter this week was N with a visit from Ned the Nurse.
