Summer Camp-Day #1-Clifford, the Big Red Dog!

What a great first day of camp!  We started out the day by either playing in the muscle room, or participating in “blanket art”.  We sang “If You Are Happy and We Know It” and played a game of “Duck, Duck, Goose.”  We jumped in a dream that Augie the Dogie was having of being swept up in a tornado and landing in Storybook Land, where we met our first storybook character:  Clifford, the Big Red Dog!  We painted in art, had fun in centers, ate lunch, painted with water at recess, did some ribbon dancing during music and ended our day with some more Clifford books!
